Ok, so I am a blog stalker.....with no internet!!! I don't know what I've done but I couldn't hook up while I was out of town and now that I am back home I can't hook up at home...I dunno. So, readers digest version...
Great thunder!!! Had a party afterwards and finally got to meet Sheps BF...he's nice :-)
Had a good week, things with the house are moving slowly but surely!
Alexander is potty trained!!! Woo Hoo!!! No more pull-ups.
Sunday we had all the girls ( and Jonathan) over for family fun!! Shep and her little baby Mickalaya ( I know I messed that one up) aka "boo boo", Desiree and her little lady Kaelyn, my rugrats....and we all played in the creek!!! We had a blast. We found this waterfall that you can slide down on your butt!! AWESOME!! after about 3x your bottom gets a little bruised...downfall.. Funny thing about the waterfall is that Kaelyn was the only one who wanted to go down it besides Shep and I. My kiddos kept whining and bubby kept sayin "me not goin down dat wuderfl mommy, me aint gonna do it, nut-uh" he cracks me up!! Then they got out a dora slip and slide. Hilarious! I think I said "Take Turns" a million times....without saying anything in-between!!! Oh well, the only down fall was Alexander getting sunburned. Blisters....it's horrible, he's going to be one of those kids who have to wear a shirt at all times while outside... then you have to go through the whole : "I'm a horrible mother-thing"
It is getting better each day though!
So, back to the house....our realtor has had 3 opportunities to show it and hasn't because we have stalled on the carpet cleaning.......doesn't make me happy!! Jonathan spoke to her about it and we decided to go ahead with the showing.....hopefully we will have someone this week!!! maybe tomorrow!
Ok, so, things to keep in mind when living on a "farm" don't let kids drink creek water, wear LOTS of sunblock, drink lots of water, get extra waterhoses so you don't have 4 kids arguing over 1....and last but not least.....always wear a bikini when cutting the grass...at least you won't have the "manly farmer tan"...thats very important....besides, on the farm everyone is so far away they can't see the stretchmarks from the beautiful, loving children that we hold so dear to our hearts so you don't have any worrys mon!

Side note about living on a farm: the weirdest people show up at the most awkward time so I wouldn't do the bikini and watch for tics, they are everywhere!!!
I love being a farm girl.
Maria
LOL, I thought about that and guess I need to mention that when I say "bikini" that means a top with good coverage and a pair of shorts.....the tic thing reallllly freaks me out...thanks for the reminder Maria!
Oh, and I love the pic of you and Baby B, she looks like you!
